Universe: “Half-Light Hog”

Prologue

Twilight hums in both directions.
One side burns, the other dreams.
I stand between them — snout first into uncertainty.

Body I

Today’s law: contrast is kindness.
The left eye knows dawn, the right one dusk.
Every breath redraws the border between flame and thought.
Orange murmurs, “Live loudly.”
Graphite answers, “But remember the quiet.”
I blink — and the day folds in half.
No war, only dialogue of pigments.

Body II

Pig: “Am I glowing or grieving?”
Shadow: “Yes.”

DADA Break

humm–snort–zzz–schwiiish!
Color and line trip over each other, laughing.

Closing

Light and dark sign a truce.
I remain the hinge.
Tomorrow, the sun will borrow my outline.
