The Dissolving Pig (Das Schwein im Lichtbad)

Excerpt:
I am almost gone, therefore I shine.

H2: Scene 1 – Becoming Light

Pink forgets itself into orange.
Orange leans into gold.
Gold remembers the smell of straw and sighs.
What was once a body is now a rumour of warmth.
Ich bin Schwein im Aggregatzustand der Farbe.
Soft, radiant, and nearly an idea.

H3: Scene 2 – Dialogue mit dem Licht

Light: You’re fading beautifully.
Pig: I’m practising eternity.
Light: Does it hurt?
Pig: Only where memory touches the edge.
Together they invent translucence as philosophy.

H2: Scene 3 – The Oink of Vanishing

No noise, just glow.
Every breath becomes pigment,
every thought, reflection.
The world listens but only hears warmth.
Even shadow blushes.
This is what surrender looks like —
gentle and unapologetically pink.

H3: Abschlussoink – Nachglühen

When you look long enough, I’m not here —
but your eyes hum softly,
as if remembering kindness.
DADA smiles,
for even nonsense deserves a sunset.
And so I fade,
perfectly unfinished.
